A little about ourselves....W. Dowad Ltd. is a family-built business that has been developing properties in the Squamish area for over 60 years. Founded by the late Wilf Dowad, the company is now headed by the second generation of Dowads, who are now welcoming the fourth!
We are currently developing properties in the Garibaldi Estates area of Squamish, BC, including a multi-use building on Dowad Drive. G Smillie Holdings has been working with us for 35 years to construct the buildings on the land W. Dowad has developed. This family collaboration continues to offer quality homes and commercial development in the community where we live.
